A telephone service available to smokers who want to quit smoking or who are thinking about quitting smoking and would like some more information. The Quitline is confidential and staffed by professional advisors. The Quitline is available from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. Call the Quitline from anywhere in Australia for the cost of a local call (normal charges apply for mobile phones).

The app tracks the individual’s progress with quitting smoking, records personal goals, produces personalised statistics related to the individual’s success and provides motivating content. The app also features a community board and can be programed to respond to an individual’s smoking danger times.

A free health app that aims to help users quit smoking. This app provides a programme for users to complete; which is based on the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). A free health app that aims to help users quit smoking. Features of this app include the ability to log your cravings and receive tips to deal with cravings. Youth Solutions

Youth Solutions is a youth drug and alcohol prevention and health promotion charity, working with young people aged 12 – 25 across Macarthur and Wingecarribee.
